DON'T PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM SUNYou may think putting sunscreen won't make any difference. With the new responsibilities on your shoulders. Exercising might seem like an impossible task with so much work. But it’s important to exercise. If you had a normal delivery then you can take out atleast 10-15 minutes to do yoga, stretching,go for a walk or do treadmill. You can also ask your doctor about the exercises you can do. Exercise will not only help release the stress but also keep the body in shape and increase circulation.
